A pioneer of polymer technology, the company is centrally located in a 90,000 square foot facility in downtown Oklahoma City. ACO, Inc. houses 20 injection molding machines with varying degrees of capabilities. Several of the structural foam machines are proprietary and capable of producing up to a 250lb part. Included, at the facility, is a full service tool and die shop. All tools are designed and manufactured to exacting specifications in order to maintain customer part integrity for a project’s lifespan.

​Through leadership in the polymer industry, the knowledge and thorough understanding of polymer chemistry, and complete up-to-date technical information, ACO has also had the opportunity to process various materials, colorants and additives. Polyethylene, both High Density and Low Density, Polypropylene, ABS, Static Intercept©, Corrosion Intercept©, Carmelstat©, Noryl©, Polycarbonate, PPS, Santoprene©, PVC, Nylon, Pelethane©, Durethane©, and other engineering grade materials are commonly used in house.

Custom assembly and finishing, within our facility, has been instrumental in maintaining our lead in the custom manufacturing industry. Supplying our customers with post-process procedures such as engraving, hot stamping, metal forming, bending and sonic welding, is an added benefit, not always provided by other manufacturers. ACO also offers prototyping, and custom jigs and fixtures, and whatever it takes to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their project.
